Hi, folks. I'm an unmotivated, stressed and depressed girl looking for some advice and support. Hopefully I'm in the right place. ^^;

Sorry for the lacking and craptastic introductory post, but I've got this raging headache and I can't think very clearly right now. D:

I, too, was an unmotivated, stressed, and depressed girl looking for support when I first joined 3FC.

Thanks to the support and encouragement this forum had to offer, I lost 50 pounds and am now a personal trainer, nutritional consultant, and amateur bodybuilder :eek:

I hope this forum can give to you what it gave to me and more. :) And if you ever want any advice or support on losing weight and staying motivated, feel free to PM me, too.

Headaches stink. I get 'em all the time. I hope yours goes away soon! :hug:
