I, too, was an unmotivated, stressed, and depressed girl looking for support when I first joined 3FC.

Thanks to the support and encouragement this forum had to offer, I lost 50 pounds and am now a personal trainer, nutritional consultant, and amateur bodybuilder

I hope this forum can give to you what it gave to me and more. And if you ever want any advice or support on losing weight and staying motivated, feel free to PM me, too.
