Hi Everyone.

I decided to join this site after recently having quit a daily jounaling site. I journaled daily with six other women. I did okay there, but they all reached their goals so fast, that all the chat now is about maintenance, and I have a way to go before I even need to think about that. I'm hoping that this experience will be just as rewarding. I'm looking forward to making friends and learning all the ins and outs here.

Welcome Carla, I know you will love it here! Theres a lot of great support on this site. Theres a lot of "been there, done that" people who have been where we are and know the error of our ways and know just the right tricks (words) to help get us over the hurdles. Thanks everyone. There are a ton of great success stories I have read so far. Lots of motavation to keep with it.

I'm not sure what group to join. I don't have 100 pounds to lose, but I have a lot more than a few. I'm not on any type of diet, just healthy food in smaller quantities and excercise. Any suggestions would be great.
