Hi! I started South Beach on 6/16/08 at 208 pounds. I am currently at 168, but haven't been following SB at all in the last few weeks. I lost weight consistently and did really well with the exercising until recently. I am completely off as of right now. I even had cookies tonight.
My husband is in Iraq right now, but will be home this week. He is so impressed with my weight-loss so far, that he wants me to put him on the diet immediately. I even tried to convince him to wait a week so I could cook all of his favorite foods...but he wants to start now! So I'm going back on the Beach with him. Phase 1 starts later on this week (don't know exactly when he'll be here.)
I hope it is just as easy the 2nd time! I am looking forward to chatting with everyone!
