Hello everyone,
What a wonderful forum this is... so much helpful information and support.
I'm new here, and just figuring things out. I recently decided to start training for adventure racing, and realized how much easier it would be if I had to lug around a little less weight. I've been between 160 and 170 since about grade 11 and it's time to make some changes.

Good luck with your training! That's great. So sounds like you already have exercise down.. now all you need is a good diet plan, or new healthy eating plan. You can do it. There's a lot of helpful forums. Eating whole foods really helps me.
