New from BC, Canada
Hello everyone,
What a wonderful forum this is... so much helpful information and support. I'm new here, and just figuring things out. I recently decided to start training for adventure racing, and realized how much easier it would be if I had to lug around a little less weight. I've been between 160 and 170 since about grade 11 and it's time to make some changes. Hope everyone had a great Halloween! |
Hi SHINE . . . :wel3fc: from another Canadian -- although I guess I'm just about as far from you as is possible.
There is a special forum that might interest you called Featherweights specifically for those dealing with only a relatively few stubborn pounds. Hope you'll also find time to drop in on our Crazy Canuks Cluck Club once in a while. Wherever you end up spending most of your time around this big site, I know you will always find lots of support and encouragement. We will all be looking forward to getting to know you better, Chickie . . . |
Hi Shine and welcome to 3FC! I too live in Canada, at one point I have been close to you and meowee. I moved from NS to BC last summer, then this summer I moved from BC to Ottawa. I know you will find plenty of support on this site and I know you will do great on your journey. Good luck and keep posting.

Hi Shine :) Good luck with your training! That's great. So sounds like you already have exercise down.. now all you need is a good diet plan, or new healthy eating plan. You can do it. There's a lot of helpful forums. Eating whole foods really helps me. :dust: |
