New chick from Ohio!
 

Hello all! My name is Katie, I'm 21 and from Cincinnati. I heard about the 3FC forum from the other forum I am apart of - SoulCysters, a place for women with PCOS (polycystic Ovarian Sydrom) to chat and get support. :)

I have about 30 lbs to loose...and with PCOS I'm sure it will be a bumpy ride. Not only is it really important for "Cysters" to be at a healthy weight because of the syndrom (symptoms, blood sugar issues - ect.) but having PCOS can make it really difficult to loose weight in the first place! :carrot: <~*~ I love that carrot!

So anyway, I'm really looking for some friends, motivation and ideas for my weight loss journey. I've been reading over the forum the past few days and am grateful to a found a place with such inspirational, strong, chicks! I look forward to meeting you! :hug:
