I am 18. I am from Alaska, USA , but for now, I live in Tunisia, North Africa. I need help losing weight. I don't have much of a plan. Im looking for support, and help to develop a plan. Here is my information:
Starting Weight: Last I weighed (in July), I was 142Kg (313lb)
Current Weight: I have no idea, but I'm sure its more
Goal Weight: Overall goal: under 200. Mini goals: under 300, 275, 250, 225
Height: 160cm (5'3")
I just got married, just moved to North Africa for a year, I'm addicted to food. I can't stop eating even after my stomach hurts from being too full. I turn to food for everything. I want to lose weight, but I feel helpless because my desire to eat is so much stronger than my desire to lose weight. I have a mild form of muscular dystrophy, so my muscles are abnormally weak. I live in a muslim country, were its considered inappropriate for a woman to be out running, and there are no gyms to go to. I have to do this purely on my own, in my own home. No swimming pools, no gym equipment, no weights, no scales. Nothing of this sort is available to me until I return to the USA next fall.
Is there anyone willing to help me?

You can dance around your house, do workout videos, jump rope, sit ups, clean the house, jumping jacks, etc. There is a lot of stuff to do at home
