i've been off and on so many times. i weighed myself tonight and found that i have gained back all the weight i had managed to lose 4 years ago. to make a (very) long story short, i worked my butt off, went from 185 to 135 in 6 months, moved home and the weight slowly crept back. last year i split from my kids dad and my weight has steadily climbed so now i am almost back where i started, i'm at 180. i feel like it's time to try again, to start living for myself again. i can do it, i have to do it, for me.

You can do it especially since you have before :) good luck

Same thing happened to me! When I was 19 I worked my butt off from 180 to 135. Then in August I was back at 190 again. It's a daily battle for us, and we can't ever give up! You can do it!! 3FC is a great website, full of support and love.. you'll fit right in!
