Hello From Tennessee

My name is Tony. I have heard so many good things about this community I had to sign up. I have lost around 90 lbs since the winter of 05, and let me just say it has been a struggle at times. I still want to lose a bit more to reach my ideal weight and I feel like this community will be a great place to find new and interesting people that share the same goals. And maybe I can offer some insight into my weight loss journey along the way. Have a wonderful day

Look around! We have all kinds of places to settle in. You may want to look at the 100 lb club, for those on their way to losing or who have lost 100 lbs or more. You might also look at one of our many groups by eating plan, or one of the many many miscellaneous support groups floating around.

Wherever you settle in, just jump in and post. Can't wait to get to know you better!
