Hello Everyone!!!
Hi everybody! I'm new here.. Trying to lose some (actually quite a few :p)pounds.. I am currently 226 pounds and I started off at 230 pounds. My goal weight is about 125-130 pounds. I joined here for some serious motivation! I have tried this all before and failed after a week or two. I am 17 years old and have been over weight since i was about 10 years old! My first mini goal is to look HOT ;) for my 18th birthday in about a month in a half.. I know I wont be anywhere near my goal by that time but I hope to have a good start! I'm just here to make some friends and hopefully stay motivated to lose the weight!!

You might want to check out the 20-somethings (you're a bit young, but thats alright) or the 100 lb club, for those with 100 lbs or so to lose. So what is your plan? How are you going to change your lifestyle so you can maintain this weight loss for life? Let us know and we'll point you to more spots! |
