Hi all,
Just wanted to re-introduce myself. I actually found these forums about five years ago, I think, and used to read them regularly. Unfortunately, I'm now at my highest weight and am ready to start again. I've been losing weight for the last six weeks. I've been counting calories and focusing on eating lean proteins and fewer carbs. I have a long way to go, but am feeling more in control than I have in the past. Stats are in my signature.
