I'm a newbie -- trying to lose alot of weight and need support -- tried every program out there (WW, Nutrisystem, Jenny, etc..etc..)

Starting Carbohydrate Addicts program today -- anyone try this one?

well....

id tried atkins in the past -- it worked but wasnt too realistic - In my opinion.

but so far everything i read about this Carbohydrates Addicts diet sounds like it may work....i hope :o)
