A newbie from the UK

Hi I am a newbie to the forum.

I am 32 soon to be 33 and from Southern England.

I have started WW today and unfortunately have a lot to lose. I am hoping with support from the lovely peeps on here I will get to a normal weight.

im at weightwatchers to and from the northwest of england.
are you doing the points or the core plan? im using points (22)
i joined this formum ages ago but stoped logginin in, started afresh today with my weightwatchers and exercise plan..

I'm doing points. I am far too disorganised for Core lol.

I have dieted on and off for years never very sucessfully so back on WW today and thought I would try and find somewhere for some support hence why I joined here.
