I'm bigger than ever and it's time to start again - unfortunately it may be harder since I seem to have misplaced all my ww'er stuff and although they are starting a group here at work - I just can't afford to join again ... so I'm going to try to do it again - with the help of you guys for some support!

Hi everyone
I am new to the group also, I am 5'7 and 285lbs(wow) huh? Well as of today i am going to start my new way of eating for life. My basic goal is to start walking 30 minutes every day, take my multi vitamin every day and vitamin B supplements....Even as i type these words i feel like this is so impossible..I am in a new area...the closest friends and family are 4hrs away, my husband is a vegeterian..the only meat he eats is fish..and since he is the only one working right now..that means we are all vegeterians or should i say fisheterians?..Just thinking about going outside and walking around the block for 30 minutes ..scares me ..i just feel so embaress..like everyone is looking at me.....but i have to do this..right? I WILL DO THIS!

I didn't pay a dime either. It can totally be done. You can do this!

So glad you are here, Lisa! Yah, I had a real wakey-uppy moment too...the heaviest I'd been (besides when I was pregnant). Yowza.
