Like all of you, I'm here to lose weight! Over the last year I started binge eating and put on quite a few pounds....so here I am now, and I'm determined to lose the weight and get to the bottom of the binging!!

You may want to check out the Chicks in Control area. There are many of us who have a bad relationship with food. We may never be "cured" but we can certainly help curb our behaviors.
