I have been lurking for a couple of days and just wanted to say hello.
I have read so much great information and tips already, this really is a great site.
Right now I am committing to counting calories via food journaling and walking daily. I want to start some weight lifting in about 2 weeks.
I look forward to reading, sharing and making new friends here!
