Another new member!
 

Hi all. My name is Amanda and I "fell off the wagon" so to speak almost a year ago after losing 20 lbs. Unfortunately I realized today that I have already gained 8 of it back, hence I'm returning to the world of dieting. I've tried support forums in the past but have gotten little help or notice. Reading over this one though, the members seem very friendly and helpful, so I'm looking for a better experience this time around!

Mostly I need some accountability, my diet revivals tend to fizzle out within a week!
