You may want to check out our 100 lb club...a great, active group of those losing or who have lost around 100 lbs or more. It's a wonderful spot, and super-friendly, so jump on in.

You might also check out our groups by age range, eating plan...or just some of the miscellaneous groups under our "Support Groups" forums. There are plenty of places to start posting.
