Hi! I am working from home and watching a toddler for a friend as well as throwing in my own three kids' busy sports schedules. With my husband out of town each week, I am trying to find time to focus on myself. Hoping the motivation I receive from reading the threads and posts will give me a kick start to healthier living. Glad to be here! :)

You sure do sound busy. I stay busy too, and it's hard sometimes to just put yourself first. But, we're worth it!:D
