Hey Redginger! :wel3fc:

Have you seen our age-based forums, or plan-based forums? look around and find the spot that is the best fit for you (or MANY spots, if you're like me), settle in, and get to posting.

Can't wait to get to know you better!

You can do it!

Diet after diet I thought I was a lost cause! At 299 I started staying home and not leaving my home! I became so depressed and the more depressed I became the heavier I got! At 299 I said no more! I went to WW and I have lost 48 pounds since Feb. 2008. I still have 87 pounds to go and at times I feel like Yeah right! I will never see 164 but I will not give up! You can do this and You will look fantastic at graduation no matter what!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi, I am new here, and need some friends

Hi everybody, I have been overweight all my life ( in fact my whole family is, even my dog is fat) now is the time to finally do something about it, I just don't know where to start. I am 26 years old and have 240 lbs on my bones. This is not good !! I am hoping to meet some other people with the same problem. Hope that we can chat a bit.:) and that I can get some good ideas from all of you.

Hey, first of all, THANK YOU all for being so nice, I am going to check out the forums, I can already tell, that this is the place for me. I am glad that I found you all. The first step will be the hardest, but it will be worth it. It really helps to know that I am not the only one with this HUGE problem.
