Hello - newbie from Texas

Hello,

I have been lurking for a few weeks and finally took the time to fill out my profile and start posting.

I have started a program at my local hospital and in the past 3 weeks have lost 14 pounds. It hasn't been quite as hard as I thought, although it took a little getting used to. Probably the biggest challenge has been learning to drink the 3 liters of water a day that has been recommended.

Looking forward to meeting everyone.
