Hey, all! I'm new and would like to introduce myself . . .
Hey, I'm a young 60 yrs. old and have battled weight issues since high school. I have the typical yo-yo history, but seem to be able to (or used to) lose up to 45 lbs., then go very beserk and gain it all back (plus some). I have always enjoyed being active but my weight now is not allowing that. I'm single and live alone with my pets (four dogs and a cat). My health is good, but I'd like it much better with about 100 lbs. off!
Would like to hear from others, especially the baby boomers around my age, and know that I'll gain strength, be more diligent in this effort,and certainly learn from you all!. Thanks for reading this! \\\Babs119
