Thumbs up Just wanted to introduce myself
I am new to 3 Fat Chicks on a Diet. I live in Surprise, AZ. I moved here
from Perkasie, PA which is in Bucks County, PA. I am a phlebotomist.
I started the South Beach Diet in Feb. 2008. I have already lost 25 lbs.
and I reallly feel good about it. I was told I had pre-diabetes so my dr.
told me to lose weight and exercise. Thanks to the SBD, I am no longer
pre-diabetic and I go to the gym 3 times a week.

Hi Turquoise, and welcome! I'm very close to Perkasie, I work in Sellersville... I guess Arizona is quite a change of atmosphere!

Congrats on the 25 lb loss, and keep up the good work!
