Hello
Well I didn't start here but as I am trying to avoid studying I figured this is just another good place to help me procrastinate a bit more .
I am never really sure what to say about me in these things so ..... I have a bit of weight to lose.... not sure how much at this point because I am not sure what I want my goal to be ..... do I want to reach for the stars or be realistic..... so lets just start with ten pounds.... I want to lose ten pounds..... I have multiples of that to really lose but ten sounds doable to me right now.... I am a University Professor and am putting the finishing touches on my PhD so I am busy busy busy..... I have 7 dogs (goldens and flat coated retrievers) who we show and compete with in obedience, and field work and I have one ragdoll cat called Janet with another one coming home this saturday.... oh and lets not forget the bird.... a cockatoo.... My biggest issue is not over eating but eating on the run and then not getting enough exercise.... my goal is to change what I eat and get more exercise and with 7 walking/running partners that should be easy enough (so I say)..... I am a stained glass artist in my part time.... which I haven't had in a while.... I think that is it about me.... I am looking forward to being here s |

:welcome: to the site. It sounds like the goal you set for yourself is reasonable and definately attainable. 10lbs is doable if you stick to your plan of eating better and walking.
