Hi everyone. My name is Cat and I'm just beginning the journey back to fitness. I will be turning 50 by the end of the year and I have decided to reward myself with a great trip to Europe when I reach my fitness goal. As a teenager I was competitive in gymnastics and tennis in addition to showing horses. Somehow through the years work became more important than anything else and I ended up giving up all my sports and hobbies one by one. Recently I decided that this is no way to live anymore and even though I am still a work-o-holic I am starting to fit in more "ME-time".
My first priority is now to lose aprox 100 lbs and get back in shape so that I can really enjoy my trip and the life that follows. I am planning to bike and hike all over Europe so that I will continue getting fitter even while I vacation.So now it's time to begin.....
