Hey all!
Hey I'm new here...of course. =D I recently found this forum and I'm glad I did. Hopefully, this forum will help me with my weight loss goals. I actually lost around 40 pounds some months ago...sad to say I have gained quite a bit back. It was actually difficult to maintain my weight. Anyway, I'm hoping I can lose at least 100lbs...my goal weight is around 160 or 150. I'm not sure if I can start exercising right away due to me being in Therapy right now but I will start as soon as I can. I actually danced a lot. That helped me lose my weight in the first place. Anyway, hi all.
