Hi Everyone
Hi I just joined this site because I am on a diet once again and needed a bit of encouragement! I got down to my goal weight a few months ago thanks to turbo jam! My boyfriend and I recently moved a few hours aways from our home town so we were eating out all the time and I was not able to workout. I am back on the turbo jam 10 day diet and working out but I just feel so frustrated that I even gained the weight back (not all of it) I hate having to start from scratch. I know I can do it but it just seems like such a huge goal to get back to! So I maybe if anyone has any encouraging words or tips that would be great!!! Thanks and am happy I joined!! Joanna
