New, sort of
I became a member a long time ago but life got busy, I moved on to other things and weight loss stopped becoming a focus for me. I'm sad to say that since stopping Weight Watchers, these last 3 yrs or so I have gained 35 lbs. So, I'm right back where I started back then.
So, I hope to be stronger this time, find a way to make lifestyle changes that I can stick with and become a slimmer, healthier me. I started a 3fc blog and hope this helps to keep me on track. I'm going to enjoy being back here and getting motivated to lose weight again. I'll be updating my blog frequently but also visiting all your blogs too. What a great way to learn, share and motivate. I'm happy to be back.
