Just wanted to introduce myself, hoping
I can learn from everyone, share information, make some friends and lose some weight...........I lost 20 lbs. on WW last year but I hit a major plateau, I got frustrated and gained 10 lbs. back. I need to lose 40 lbs., i'm giving my seld 4 months to do it. But I must admit I have terrible willpower. I think about trying Alli, I need to do some more research on it though, so if anyone has any info. that would be great. Nice to meet you all!!!
Hi Tanya. I understand the lack of willpower, I'm the same way. My advice is that when you are really craving something that you aren't supposed to eat, just eat it and enjoy it! Because chances are you are going to have a healthy snack instead, it wont be satisfying so you'll look for something else to eat that you don't really want and at the end of all of it you are just going to eat the one thing you wanted in the first place.
