Hi everyone! My name is tonya and I have decided to join in order to receive a little extra help on my weight loss journey. Currently I am a stay at home mom with LOTS of free time on my hands. I am just starting my battle with this diet. So far I've lost 13 lbs but I do have a long way to go yet. I am looking forward to getting to know some people here with similiar interests/problems.
