Hi, I'm new here but not to weight loss, I can lose it, but I've yet to maintain. I'm looking foward to spending time here, and getting to know some likeminded people. : )
Long term maintenance is something that's also escaped me so far. I've lost large amounts of weight on several occasions only to put it all back on. I hope its going to be different this time around. I'm hoping the same for you.
