New and READY!!!

I am so glad I found this site! It seems to be just the type of motivation that I need.
I'm a 36-year old SAH mom of two (3 and 21 months). Before I got pregnant with my first I had managed to lose about 30lbs and was 20 - 25lbs away from my goal weight (from 198ish to 169). I was running and completed a half-marathon. While I was pregnant I exercised a bit but still put on a lot of weight. I had my daughter and when she was 8 months old I got pregnant with my son.
So now here I am back up to 186lbs. I'd like to get down to 150 - 145. I'm 5'6" and a size 14. I'm going away at Christmas and would love to be approaching my goal weight by that time.
I look forward to trying to help motivate others and to keep motivated myself!
My first mini-goal is to lose 10lbs by Sept. 1.
