Hi, where to start???
 
Hi everyone, My name is Jess,37 years old, I want try the learn how the eat better and control my weight, I'm 35lbs. over weight, and I don't know where to start. I've done weight watchers (old and new programs) , shim-fast, Sommersizeing... I am not sure where to start this time this time, I in graduate school and do on have a lot of time or money, but I want to eat better and start to run again (I love to run), I am a runner and like to eat right. although since I have been in school (3 years), I have been neglecting my diet and not trying care of myself.

I have the month of August off until I start classes again and would like to put better eating habits in place, Bit I don't know where to start.

Hi Jess,
I am on WW and it works great for me. Maybe you just needed a better support system like 3FC. Not a day goes by that I don't get on here and see what people are chatting about. I do not attend WW meetings or pay for any online stuff. I just got the tools I needed from my friends who do WW and got the patented formula online.

I think you know where to start. I love to run as well. I just bought a new pair of shoes and LOVE them. I just load up the Ipod and can't wait to go so I can listen to my podcasts or new stuff. That is plenty incentive for me to get out and just do it. When I started dieting, I could not run besides a short sprint that left me gasping for air and needing a nap. Now I don't go a day without running for at least a couple miles. I feel STRONG! Just go for it!
