I'm no good at these internet introductions...but...I'm here because I need/want to lose weight and get fit and healthy. The plan I would like to use is South Beach...I see that there's a SB forum here so I'll go take a peek! I'm learning to not hate working out...I'm a long way from loving it though. Nice to meet you all. :D
