New and searching for motivation
 

Hello!

I'm new to the boards and just thought I would post a thank you in advance for the support I will be needing. I live in Ontario, Canada and I am 28 yrs old. I thought I would try signing up at 3FC b/c I have been wanting to lose weight, but my motivation is lacking. Perhaps, this board may assist. Another push to lose weight is my upcoming wedding (Sept 19, 2009). It is still over a year from now, but it will be here in no time. I would like to lose 30 lbs. by February. Hoping that goal is do-able and healthy.
