Hi Everyone!
This is my first post to any forum ever, so please forgive any mistakes I make.
I am a working single mom to a 16 year old daughter. Since quitting smoking 6 years ago, I have gained over 100 lbs. I've started diets in the past but never stuck with them for more than I few days, so I'm hoping that with your support this time will be different. I'm going to follow south beach and try to walk at least 3 times a week to start with. I am very out of shape. Kathy |

We have several areas you might be interested in! First, I'd encourage you to check out our 100 lb club - a great group for those with around 100 lbs to lose. It's an active, supportive forum, so head on over and check it out! We also have a very active forum for the South Beach Diet...pick the brains of those following your same plan, or just ask for support - it's a great place for either. Otherwise, look around, settle in, keep posting, and keep going! Can't wait to hear more from you soon! |

I had a little over 100 to lose too when I started this process over again. I have already lost 22lbs. and I dont think I could have stayed the course if it wasnt for the great people here. :goodluck: |
