Newbie!
Hey, everyone! I'm Kate. I've been dieting for a while, not all of it being very healthy, and I'm finally buckling down and really getting to it. I'm currently doing Slim in 6 (day 3... my legs are in pain!) as well as running two to three miles four days a week. And, starting Monday, I'm starting South Beach. My goal is to lose two dresses by the time school starts for me, September 2nd. I don't know how realistic that is, but we'll see... As of now, I don't really have a specific weight goal, but I'd like to be somewhere between 110 and 120. Wish me luck! :)
