Hi, my name is Jen. I'm 25yo semi-SAHM to 2 boys, Brian & Chris. I've been married for almost 5yrs and we live in Alabama. I am trying to get down to 185lbs and be healther. I lost 20lbs in March, but have since gained it back plus some. I plan on watching my calories and doing tae bo.

There's a great forum for calorie counters here (I've just started doing that today) as well as lots of other forums and support.
