Ready to change back into me....
 

Hi everyone.
I found this site a couple of weeks ago. I had heard about it before and wasn't ready then to make this change.
One of my best friends had the lapband surgery 2 weeks ago. She has always been the "biggest" out of our group of 3. I used to be extremely fit and healthy. I am smart enough to know now what happened and why I was doing what I did to make myself unhealthy. Now, let's just hope I can use this brain to fix the damage before it is too late.
My friends surgery came at a time when I finally hit my wall and said enough is enough. So, now there are 3 fat chicks who are all in different stages and on different paths to where we need to be.
I have let my girlfriends know about this site and I hope they come on board. I want to be here for me. I have a tendency to look after others and force them to do what is best for them. It is always easier to look in someone else's mirror and fix there flaws.

I have flaws too, so you are in good company! I am fairly new myself and have found lots of great information on this site.
