first step, right?
ive been lurking here for the last week, this is one of the greatest diet sites i have found in my long searching. last summer i lost 20 pounds and was healthy then gained it all back in about a month and i have been desperately trying to get back to where i was last summer for a year. i have tried some really unhealthy things but for the last month i have been right on track doing it properly (i think) and although i am abroad and have no scale i estimate i have lost 20 pounds-ish, which means i have another 20 to go. basically i am shooting for a size 4/6 and right now im at an 8. so my goals are within reach...i just need some help for the final push. thanks for being here guys :)
