yet another newbie here
 

hi all

i'm rachel, just turned 25 and living in Shipley, West Yorkshire - a little town near to Leeds in England. I'm a northerner through and through. I've been trying to diet for such a long time now and I did lose 3 stone before but now i'm heavier than ever with 8 stone to lose to get to my "ideal" weight though I don't know if i believe i can weigh 12 - 13 stone if i'm totally honest. But i'll try.

I'm hoping to start Rosemary Conley exercise classes soon and have lots of aerobics dvd's to be working at whil trying to watch my calories and fat intake.

perhaps feeling defeated already but i've got to give it a go.

Hi Rachel, and welcome to 3FC! I'm just starting too, and it's going great. 3FC has made loseing weight fun. I'm guessing a stone is 10 US pounds. I'm alomst to my first stone LOL.Good Luck!

i'm off to my first rosemary conley class tonight in like, 4 -5 years. scary. i'm ready to go but a bit sleepy.

when i weighed this morning (i know you shouldn't). i'd lost 6 pounds. :) can that be right? i doubt it but you never know. maybe, after all this time, it was the hormones after all.
