Hi! :wave:I was so glad to have found this site!!! I am truly seeking a complete life change. With grandbabies on the way, I want to be around for a long time to come.

I'm sick of being fat and overweight and fighting and struggling in the yo-yo of losing and gaining back all the weight and then some. Seems like the weight gain gets worse everytime. I've done it once before and went down to a size 10 and then, 5 years ago, the dr. stuck me on Seroquel and BOOM! Within 6 months I'd gained over 70 lbs and it's gradually gone up from there. I'm just sick and tired of being sick and tired and feeling lousy and not even being able to sleep well at night anymore. It's taking a toll on my body and I refuse to die like my mother did on dialysis. I can't put my family through all of the health problems that come from being overweight. I want to be healthy again and not hurt all the time.

So, here I am, more determined than ever because my own life is worth it. And I want to be around for my grandchildren and to ENJOY life!:carrot:

My Mom loves every second of being a grandmother. She spoils my kids, then sends them back to me:D

Hi. I am in a similar position to you except not expecting grandchildren any time soon although have 2 sons of the age to produce them! Also SICK of being overweight and scared I'd never lose it I went on to Lighter Life and have lost 14 lbs! We CAN do it.
