Hi everyone!
I am a single, nearly 40 y.o. new member who is ready to take off the weight for good this time. I really like what I have read so far and hope I can stay motivated and positive by logging in every day. When I get depressed I seem to crave sweets and carbs, so I am going to really have to work on my emotional eating. I am not setting a pounds lost goal this time either. Would like to focus on how my clothing fits and how I look and feel.
