Maybe this will work

I'm Kelly and I need to lose at least 60 pounds. I'm currently at 200 pounds and I want to reach at least 140 and preferably 130. It's really hard because I eat a lot when I'm stressed/sad/unhappy in general or bored. I'm trying to make healthy food choices or at least healthier.

And I chose to start this latest attempt while I'm on vacation. :) But there will always be a reason not to start this and to postpone it.

But I'm currently 200 pounds. Since I'm 5'2", that's overweight by anyone's definition. It's not "a little plump" anymore. And I'd rather not die of a heart attack or cancer or any of the other diseases that they're now learning are linked to obesity.

I'm also not always sure of what foods are healthy--as in, I sometimes think certain food is healthier than it actually is. I know that red meat isn't as good for you as chicken or fish (and that grilled is better than fried), but I'm not sure which fish is best. (Fortunately I like fish.)

Anyway. I guess we'll see how it goes. :) I'm lucky because my best friend and I are going to be supporting each other and she's the best, most supportive cheering squad I could possibly have.

It's always a great sign when you're ready to start "now", not after x, y or z. You sound like you have what it takes. You'll learn lots about healthy food as you go along.
