
I'm not really new here to 3FC but I became inactive last summer as I nearly went off the handle with my weight. At that time, nothing was changing; I felt like I was maintaining than losing. It took a while for me to get back into the groove
.I now vow to lose all this weight before New Years Eve! It's coming off in 2008, it's not going to wait any longer. I'm so sick of my tummy touching my thighs everytime I bend down

My workouts consist of jogging/sprinting and cycling, as well as resisstance training
. As for food, I'm not too strict but I am careful of what I put in my mouth and the portions I take. Technically, I'm supposed to be at goal since April, but gosh...what went wrong
??Looking forward to getting to know everyone again
!I'm squeezing my tummy as I type, it is getting a habit now
