Hello everyone - have recently retired and now really do have the time to
look after ME! beginning with - lose those excess pounds.
I'll probably be reading more than posting but am looking forward to the journey

Congrats on your retirement! I'm glad that you are make YOU a priority! It really is necessary if you are going to be successful on the journey. Sometimes, I need to be downright selfish about time to exercise and plan and shop. I look forward to reading your posts!
