came across this site from a girl on another diet site and when I checked it out I knew I had to join.
Looks an amazing site and I am looking forward to getting to know you all and trading tips and ideas for our weightloss fight.

especially those ticker factory things but as you will soon see i dont know anything cant even get coloured writing yet:tantrum:hahah had to do that one so any help would be great thanks scarlet

The message box where you type has the tools that you can use to change colors.

Some features (like a ticker and signature) come with being a member for a certain number of days and posting so many times (20 I think).

There are some GREAT tips for new members here.
