finally somewhere where everyone can relate!!!

Hi im ali and im so excited to finally be posting on here!! everyone seems very helpful and I think this is what is going to finally keep my weightloss efforts permanent!! I'm currently reading the beck diet solution and am going to be beginning the three hour diet in about a week!!
