Hello all!
Hi!
Well another newbie joining in. Ive had a little nosey round and everyone seems nice and friendly. :D Ive got loads and loads of weight to lose, but Im not thinking of that end goal just yet. Taking it in small baby steps for now and just being proud to get to the end of the day, and of course being pleased with my weight loss on weigh day, even a pound is a step in the right direction. I did lose a good amount of weight before I got married, then I got pregnant and although I put little weight on Ive put loads since Ive had the baby with being lazy towards exercise and basically stuffing my face. In 2 weeks Ive lost 4.4kg - 9.6lb and Im working on it. Im calorie counting and walking as my main exercise. Joining here so that I can get support from people in the same boat and also motivation from seeing and reading other peoples sucess stories. |
